基于HIS 的臨床決策支持系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建研究

[摘要]為了進一步發(fā)揮醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)（HospitalInformationSystem，HIS)
對醫(yī)院的管理決策作用，本文分別利用個案研究、文獻研究、訪談、實驗法等基
本研究方法，提出基于HIS的臨床決策支持系統(tǒng)（ClinicalDecisionSupport
System，CDSS)的構(gòu)建。
本文分別介紹了HIS與CDSS的基本概念、決策支持系統(tǒng)的種類、CDSS的框
架體系、傳統(tǒng)CDSS的不足以及研究CDSS所運用的知識。并分別就數(shù)據(jù)倉庫的定
義、體系結(jié)構(gòu)、設計方法進行論述。最后重點分析基于HIS的CDSS的構(gòu)建研究
以及基于HIS的CDSS的功能要求。使醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)中的數(shù)據(jù)得到充分利用，為
完善臨床決策支持系統(tǒng)的功能打下基礎。希望通過本文能呼吁國內(nèi)醫(yī)療機構(gòu)在開
發(fā)臨床信息處理系統(tǒng)時重視對臨床決策支持系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。

[Abstract]To further develop the hospital information system (HIS) with the
hospital's management decision-making role, the paper the use of case studies,
